The Manage Facet Display list shows only the search field name, so you won't see the edited facet names until you open the Searching interface.
By default, when you add a search field to the Facet Display, the display uses the name of the search field. However, you can edit the facet name so it displays a different name in Searching.

To edit the facet name
| 1 | Log in to the Admin console. |
| 2 | Choose Profiles from the navigation pane. |
| 3 | From the configuration menu of the profile, choose Configure Facet Display. |
| 4 | Choose the Edit option for the facet you want to rename. |
| 5 | Type the name for the facet in the Name field. (For more information, see Fields: Edit Facet Name.) |
| 6 | When you have finished, choose OK. |
